Return Policy

• Damaged Products: If your gemstone arrives damaged or has been subjected to damage before delivery, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Specifically, a refund of 5% of the purchase price will be issued if the damage is reported within one week of payment. The refund will be processed once we have verified the damage.
• Non-Eligible Returns: Please note that returns or refunds are only possible if the gemstone itself is damaged. Damage to the packaging or box does not qualify for a refund. Additionally, returns are only accepted within 10 days of the order being placed. After this period, we are unable to process any returns or refunds.
