Gemance takes pride in customer satisfaction. We understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns are accepted and refunds are issued.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Damaged Gemstones: If the gemstone you receive is damaged, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The damage must be reported within one week of the payment date. A partial refund of 5% of the purchase price will be issued once the damage is verified. Please note that the damage must pertain to the gemstone itself, not the packaging or box.
• Time Frame: Returns or refund requests must be made within 10 days of the order being placed. After this period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
• Non-Eligible Returns: Damage to the packaging, box, or any non-essential part of the product does not qualify for a return or refund. Only damage to the gemstone itself is eligible for a partial refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@gemance.com with your order details and a description of the damage. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with any necessary information.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product to us. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a partial refund of 5% of the purchase price will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
